In just a few weeks parks and fields all over the country will transform into music havens.
From the never-ending of madness at Glastonbury Worthy Farm, to the tamer touring tents of Radio 1’s Big Weekend, it seems more and more people are desperate to get in on the action.
However, the downside to festivals’ growing popularity is the mad rush to secure tickets on release date, or face the extortionate wrath of ticket towtes.
But fear not, Manchester’s Park Life has come up with a plan to take on both.
The northern festival will celebrate its 10th anniversary this year as it takes over the city’s Heaton Park in June once more.
From 9am on Friday May 3 until 9am Sunday May 5 the festival are putting a limited number of resale tickets up for grabs.
The move will see tickets become available for the officially sold out Saturday, weekend and VIP tickets
While the exact number of tickets available is yet to be confirmed, the tickets have become available due to incomplete payment-plan bookings.
This year, Cardi B, George Ezra, Solange, The Streets and Migos will all take to the stage, as well as Khalid.
Cardi’s performance will be one of just two UK shows she plays over the summer.
As well as Park Life, Nicki Minaj’s nemeses will play London’s Wireless Festival at Finsbury Park.
Park Life Festival takes place June 8 and June 9.
