The Jeremy Kyle Show viewers are concerned about the future of security guard Big Steve following the show’s cancellation.

ITV recently confirmed the show has been cancelled following the suspected suicide of guest Steve Dymond, who was found dead in his bedroom just days after his appearance on the show.

The show’s cancellation affects a huge number of staff and production crew, and viewers have now shown their concern over beloved security guard Big Steve.

If you’re unfamiliar, Big Steve was always on-hand to calm down guests or remove them when things became heated, and was gradually drafted-in to provide comic relief value between Jeremy’s rants.

Judging by viewer dismay, the legacy of Big Steve will reign long after the darkest night.

But what will happen to Big Steve? According to The Mirror he might be safe in ITV’s bosom, as he continues to secretly work on Judge Rinder.

Jeremy recently broke his silence on the show’s cancellation, and expressed his condolences to the family of Steve Dymond.

In a statement, Jeremy said: ‘Myself and the production team I have worked with for the last 14 years are all utterly devastated by the recent events.

‘Our thoughts and sympathies are with Steve’s family and friends at this incredibly sad time.’

It’s been claimed the show’s crew are scrambling to find work in wake of the show’s cancellation, with reports claiming they’ve received no support in securing future employment.
