The New Zealand born singer, 24, got the shock inking by LA-based tattoo artist Romeo Lacoste to commemorate Harry's 25th birthday on February 1.
Kelsy, who has written a track for the heartthrob's ex-bandmate Zayn Malik, hinted on Twitter earlier this month: "Finally know what I'm getting Harry for his birthday."
And she also recently tweeted: "It’s 2019 and Harry Styles is still the best looking human."
The obsessed singer also wrote a single named Harry earlier this year, with the artwork being a kiwi – seemingly inspired by the track Kiwi on his debut album.
On the track, she sings: "Harry, I'm gonna make you love me, you're gonna make me breakfast."
Romeo shared a video of himself tattooing the star to his Instagram story, writing: "I can't believe @kelsykarter got @harrystyles tattooed on her face."
The Catch Me If You Can singer has previously proclaimed that she is the 'female version' of the Dunkirk actor — and admitted that she wants his career.
She told iD: "What I love about him from a professional standpoint is that he was the poppiest of pop stars, and then he went off on his own and made a classic rock album."
Kelsy added: "For that, I’m really grateful. I also just want his career. I feel like I’m a female version.
"I actually moved to America to act, and music became my main thing. Rock ‘n’ roll is my passion.
"I really want to work with him. Let’s work, Harry. Where you at? Mark my words: I’m getting a song on his album.'"
The musician describes herself on Spotify as 'if Angelina Jolie and Mick Jagger had a one night stand.'
