Love Island's Caroline Flack reveals she knows everything about new contestants – but hasn't met any of them yet

CAROLINE Flack has revealed to fans she knows everything about Love Island’s new contestants but hasn’t met any of them yet.

The host, who returns to the show for the fifth series on 3rd June, chatted to her followers during an Instagram Q&A.

After the incredible success of the fourth series of Love Island, no one is more excited than Caroline Flack about this year’s show and the new offerings of gorgeous, single babes.

2018’s finale was the most watched programme on a non-terrestrial channel since the Olympics in 2012, so it’s no surprise ITV2 recommissioned it for another run.

In anticipation of the launch, Caroline, 39, took to Instagram to give a live Q&A with her fans about Love Island and her brand new swimwear range with River Island.

Fans asked whether she knew who was joining the ITV2 dating reality show, to which she replied: "I haven't met the Islanders, I never actually meet the Islanders until they walk into the villa and meet each other, that's the first time I see them.

"But I know everything about them and do my research and know all about them."

The stunning host was joined by her cute puppy Ruby – who she won custody of following her split from ex Andrew Brady – as she was grilled about the reality show.

Cazza shared her own thoughts on how the show will keep viewers entertained in the villa when one follower asked, 'Will Love Island be juicy this year?'.

"Love Island is always juicy, it's not the juiciness that gets everyone going I think it's the people falling in love that is the good bits, not the juicy bits."

Another fan cheekily asked because she was single if Caroline would participate in a Celebrity Love Island special as a contestant.

She giggled away before responding: "No! But if I was young like 18-25 I would have gone on Love Island definitely."

The new series is set to start on 3rd June and there has already been a lot of rumours about who might be going in to the famous villa.

Love Island’s casting system is no secret, with many of the contestants being hand-picked by the producers while others undergo a rigorous auditioning process.

The last two years have seen a “semi-famous” person in the mix – the fourth series had Dani Dyer, and 2017’s was Marcel “Did you know I was in Blazin’ Squad” Somerville.

So far the rumoured line-up includes: Corey Galloway, a hot Scottish bartender, Curtis Pritchard, brother of Strictly dancer AJ Pritchard, Soph Piper, who is the sister of Rochelle Humes, and just to add another famous sibling – Tommy Fury, younger brother of boxer Tyson.

Also in the rumoured mix are Miss Great Britain, Kobi-Jean Cole, models Sav Berry and Ted Pullin, former Big Brother star Lotan Carter, and lottery wildchild, June Park.

Love Island starts on ITV2 on Monday 3rd June at 9pm and Love Island: Aftersun will also be back.
