Chloe Ferry posts crying pic as she reveals she’s ‘struggling’ after dad’s death

Chloe Ferry emotionally opened up on Instagram with a candid post, three weeks after her father’s death.

The 26-year-old is in mourning after her father passed away from cancer in December and decided to share her thoughts and emotions with her followers as she uploaded a photo of herself crying underneath a cap.

“This morning I woke up not at my best, I wasn’t happy with the way I look or how I feel,” Chloe captioned the picture.

“Sometimes Instagram only shows the good things that are going on in life but I think it’s important to show the real times as well.

“But today has been the first day I get back to my best and it’s totally up to me.

“Fear of the future or what people think or what could go wrong is not easy but I’ve got this I’ve done it before and I’ll do it again!”

Chloe received much support and praise for her honest words in the comment section from those closest to her, along with fans who showed some love also.

"Your so strong my little angel, remember to get back up to the top you’ve got to feel that bottom sometimes!", fellow Geordie Shore star Sophie Kasaei wrote.

Charlotte Dawson added: “Sending all my love my darling girl xxxx.”

Chloe jumped on Instagram Stories on Monday to discuss further about feeling low that morning and that she had spoken to her life coach Mark to help her clear her mind – later telling her followers that it had helped.

Looking in better spirits than in the photo she posted, the TV personality appeared in the clip fully made up lying back on a couch with her hair loose as she gave an update on her mental health.

“I’m not going to lie to you, I have been struggling a little bit, but I know that I’m going to be okay because I’ve been in this sort of mindset before and I know how to get myself out of it,” Chloe said.

“It’s so important to look after your mind which I’m doing with Mark.

“After what’s happened in the last couple of weeks it’s just put a lot of things in perspective for us. I see things a lot differently now, I look at life a lot differently.

“I want to try and get back on track, back to how I used to be.”

Chloe also told followers that she had returned to the gym for the first time in a while and highlighted how important it was for her to continue looking after her body also.
