Fabolous indicted on four charges related to alleged assault

Fabolous is facing four felony charges related to his alleged assault against girlfriend Emily Bustamante.

A grand jury in New Jersey indicted the 40-year-old rapper on one count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, two counts of threatening to kill and one count of possession of a weapon, TMZ reported. Each charge can bring up to five years in prison if convicted.

In March, Bustamante called police and told them Fabolous – whose real name is John David Jackson – hit her. He was charged with aggravated assault and making a terroristic threat, both felonies.

Fabolous and the “Love & Hip Hop” star share two children together, ages 2 and 10.

The musician’s attorney didn’t immediately return a request for comment.
