Cici Coleman has been branded the "most gorgeous woman in the world" as she flaunted the results of her hard work following a lifestyle overhaul within the last four months.
The 36 year old First Dates star, who has a job outside of her role on the programme, took to her Instagram feed to post the mirror selfie, where she could be seen posing in a cut-out swimsuit.
A smiling Cici dressed in a strapless swimsuit that showed off her toned legs and midriff in the photo, which was taken in what appears to be her bedroom.
In the caption, the TV personality asked her 169,000 fans where they ever look at themselves "through a different lens on different days".
She continued: "Sometimes I look in the mirror and think f**k yeah, other times, I think f**k no; the difference in this could be as small as eating some sugary foods, a bad night's sleep or hormones.
"As much as I sound like a broken record, I can't tell you how much these mini-tweaks have helped with my mental health.
"In the last year, I have prioritised my sleep and tried my best not to overeat foods high in sugar; it simply isn’t worth the negative mindset I get the following day."
Cici then suggested fans change the food they eat and get eight hours of sleep in if they don't "fell great" when looking in the mirror.
She ended her caption by encouraging fans to reach out if they want to be coached by her.
People flocked to the comments section to gush over the star as one wrote: "Looking incredible Great advice, will seek to find your discipline! x," followed by a clapping hands emoji.
"You are drop dead gorgeous and this is sexy as hell," another shared, as a third chimed: "You're looking fab lovely, keep it going, you're an inspiration! xx," with a bicep emoji.
While a fourth added: "U are most gorgeous woman in the world who ever is dating u is very lucky bloke to have u," with a red heart emoji.
Cici has worked hard in the past four months to achieve her fitness goals and opened up on her transformation earlier this month as she posed in a leopard print bikini.
Explaining that she's been "mindful" about what she eats while getting back into the gym, she shared: "It doesn't mean eating 1,200 calories a day by the way.
"It means tracking and eating the right amount of calories for you. I eat between 1,600 and 1,800 calories a day. So you can see I'm getting my food in."
