Imagine Dragons are set to perform in Las Vegas during New Year’s eve weekend.
Imagine Dragons along with Ariana Grande will headline at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas’ celebratory weekend. Grande will kick off her set on December 29, while Imagine Dragons will follow on December 31.
“The Las Vegas Strip is a worldwide destination for New Year’s Eve, and we are excited to have hometown favorites Imagine Dragons and the incredibly talented Ariana Grande perform for this year’s celebration at The Chelsea,” Fedor Banuchi, vice president of entertainment at the Cosmopolitan, said in a statement to Billboard.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, October 12 at 10 AM PST.
Grande, who has received five nominations at this year’s MTV European Music Awards, is set to perform at the first-ever Barbara Berlanti Heroes Gala organized by non-profit group F**k Cancer in Los Angeles on October 13. The performance would be Grande’s first public appearance after the death of her ex-boyfriend Mac Miller last month.
Meanwhile, Imagine Dragons will be releasing their new fourth album, Origins, on November 9. The band had earlier released singles “Zero” and “Natural” from the album, which will be featured in Disney’s Ralph Breaks The Internet.
