Ozark: Jason Bateman say series four ending is 'satisfying'
Ozark has been a big hit for Netflix this year after season three came just in time for the global lockdown with people hunkering down in front of their televisions for some escapism. The series positively exploded in popularity as viewers were hooked by the tale of the Byrdes and their fight for survival as they were forced to work for a Mexican drug cartel in the Ozarks, Missouri to save their skins. However, the family found themselves invoking the ire of the local drug dealers during their move down south which caused further problems.
How tall is Ozark Darlene Snell star Lisa Emery?
Darlene Snell (played by Lisa Emery) is one of the biggest foes of the Byrdes after Wendy Byrde (Laura Linney) crossed her over Baby Zeke.
By the end of season three, it looked like Darlene was rounding up her troops as she cut a deal with the Kansas City Mob.
She also managed to get Ruth Langmore (Julia Garner) on side after starting a romance with her cousin Wyatt Langmore (Charlie Tahan).
From the looks of it, season four will see a battle ensue between Darlene’s camp and the Byrdes with it looking unclear who will come out on top.

Emery was previously married to actor Josh Pais with the couple tying the knot in 1990.

Speaking about her role in Ozark, Emery said she found the part “fun” and unexpected.
Emery said: “Every time I get a script, I’m surprised, which is great.
“It’s not like, ‘Oh, there she goes again!’ I think it’s unpredictable what a great mother she is in her own way.
She added to The Natural Aristocrat: “How desperately she wanted a family, how she can pull in the rednecks, with Wyatt and now Ruthie into her corner.”
Emery revealed she was shocked after Darlene murdered her husband Jacob Snell (Peter Mullan) in season two after the pair stopped seeing eye to eye.
She admitted she was looking forward to seeing how the story was going to play out for Darlene now she was getting everything she wanted.
Emery said Darlene was in a position of strength as she began to rebuild her empire and create a family of sorts.
According to some reports, season four filming was due to start last month with the cast and crew working on an extended final outing consisting of 14 episodes.
