Love Island 's Sherif Lanre has arrived back in London after being axed from the show.
He was seen stepping out of a taxi just hours after speaking out about being booted out of the villa.
The 20-year-old chef confirmed yesterday that he'd been removed from the ITV2 dating show after breaking the rules and making a "silly mistake".
Today, he posted a statement on Instagram .
He said: "Thank you to everyone including my friends and family for the support I've come back to.
"I appreciate you all and hope I provided some good, positive moments during my time on Love island and for anyone wondering I'm all good."
Sherif then followed up his statement with the tongue in cheek hashtag: 'It is what it is' – which has become a much-joked about phrase on the show – and 'Better things to come.'
He'd been in the villa just nine days.
In pictures obtained by The Sun , Sherif was seen today looking a little downcast as he arrived home from Majorca.
He was dressed in grey jeans and a blue zip-up hoodie with a cap and sunglasses hiding his eyes from the cameras.
He remained stony-faced as he headed home with earphones in and holding onto his phone.

While the exact reason for his exit has yet to be revealed, a TV insider told the Mirror: "Sherif made a silly mistake and was immediately summoned to the Beach Hut – it wasn't a criminal matter and he was spoken to and agreed to leave.
"Sherif knew he had to leave immediately after being called to the Beach Hut.
"No security were involved."
In a statement released yesterday, Sherif admitted his "poor judgement" led to him leaving the villa.
"In a case of poor judgement, I broke the villa rules and as a result agreed with the producers that it was best for me to leave the villa," he said.
"I regret that I didn't conduct myself in the right way and, as a 20 year old guy, it’s something I know I will take on board and learn from.
"I really enjoyed my time in the villa and look forward to catching up with everyone on the outside."
