Tilly Ramsay and her partner Nikita Kuzmin found themselves in the bottom two on Strictly Come Dancing once again this week. However, they were saved by the judges in a dramatic dance-off against Aljaz Skorjanec and Sara Davies.

Tilly and Nikita found themselves at risk after their Quickstep failed to impress the judges and viewers at home.

This was the second week in a row the pair landed themselves in the dance-off.

Last Saturday night, they’d been up against Katya Jones and Adam Peaty before being voted through.

After their performance, the Strictly judges voted unanimously to send them through to Musicals Week.

Following the decision, television chef Gordon penned an emotional message to his daughter.

Posting in view of his 13 million Instagram followers, he shared how the experience will have “made her stronger.

Gordon penned: “So proud of these 2 another beautiful performance, being in the dance off has made you so much stronger and I can’t wait for next week Musicals @tillyramsay @nikita__kuzmin @bbcstrictly.”

Many of Gordon’s fans were moved by his supportive message as they took to the comments section.

Maddenmaureen wrote: “Should not have been in the dance off.”

“They dance beautifully and very well deserved to be in the competition,” penned Toui.joy.

Allaboutgordon added: “Yes !! and the dance off performance was even stronger.

“I see so much of Tilly in you ! When the results came in she was more determined than ever to fight for her place !!”

Jakejamie commented: “So happy they stayed.

“Love watching them every week, their personalities are so infectious and they bring so much fun/joy to the competition.”

Gordon was also in the crowd on Saturday night supporting his daughter.

The television chef was spotted waving to Tilly as she and Nikita finished their dance.

He also posted a sweet message to the pair earlier in the day ahead of their performance.

Gordon shared a picture of Nikita and Tilly at dinner as he wrote: “Wishing these 2 beauties all the very best of luck for tonight’s dance!

“It’s a quickstep and I’m watching live can’t wait love you guys.”
