Strictly Come Dancing star Dan Walker has admitted that he’s “really struggling” with his routine for this weekend’s live show.
Taking to Twitter to reveal he’s been a “sweaty mess” in rehearsals, Dan wrote: “Legs are a bit weary. I'll be honest with you… I am really struggling with this week's dance.”
The 44 year old continued: “Nothing went in yesterday. It was just a sweaty mess Back at it today with @NadiyaBychkova so hopefully something will click.”
Dan’s tweet was in response to a pal who asked him how he was getting on.
They wrote: “How are the legs feeling? Amazing effort on Saturday”.
Dan shocked viewers with his debut performance, with many fans taking to social media to reveal they didn’t think the BBC Breakfast presenter would be as good as he was.
The dad-of-three and his professional partner Nadiya Bychkova scored an impressive 24 points for their quickstep to Everybody Needs Somebody To Love by The Blues Brothers.
New judge Anton Du Beke admitted that he thought the TV presenter was going to be “awful”, but he was pleasantly surprised with his dancefloor debut.
He was also surprised with a sweet message of support from his former BBC Breakfast co-host Louise Minchin after he dedicated his first dance to the star.
She said of the cute gesture: “I can't believe you dedicated your first dance to me, thank you so much”.
Earlier this month Dan was taken to hospital after hitting his head on a glass window.
He shared the news as he posted a snap of himself on his Instagram page, which showed him sitting in a chair whilst wearing a face covering.
Dan then explained the image to fans as he revealed that he had hit his head and went to A&E after "feeling a bit wobbly".
Dan wrote: "Bit of head-based drama today!

"After whacking my noggin on the big glass window yesterday, I got sent to A & E today because I was feeling a bit wobbly."
Presenter Dan also revealed that he had a CT scan done to "check for a bleed on the brain".
As he praised the medical staff who helped him, Dan explained: "A lovely nurse at Barnet Hospital called Karina checked my vitals and 6ft 9 Consultant Erik Witt gave me a CT scan to check for a bleed on the brain."
He said: "Thankfully… all ok. I’ve got to rest for a couple of days – so I’ll be a bit behind – but ready to dig in again next week."
