If you thought half of the world’s population dying was bad in Avengers: Infinity War, you better prepare yourself.
Elizabeth Olsen, who plays Scarlet Witch in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, gave a rather ominous tease for Avengers 4 at ACE Comic-Con.
“It’s only going to get worse,” she said.
While at the event, Olsen also discussed a fan theory that Tony Stark’s nightmare seeing many of his superhero friends dead in Age of Ultron was actually a vision for the events in Infinity War.
“I don’t know. I don’t know if that’s what could have happened if Ultron took over. I’m not sure,” she said.
“I think it’s up to interpretation. It wasn’t something that I remember someone was saying that we’re going to go full circle to Infinity War — there wasn’t an Infinity War at that time!
“But I think I always thought of it being what would happen if Ultron won. But I think it’s more interesting the way you’re thinking about it.”
Avengers 4 will be released in the UK on April 26, 2019, and in the US on May 3, 2019. Avengers: Infinity War is out now on Blu-ray, DVD and digital download.
