A Place In The Sun host Laura Hamilton was left with "swollen and bruised" knees after suffering from a roller-skating incident.
The night before, she had told her Instagram followers that she'd be taking her kids to a roller skating disco after they flew out to join her in Spain over the Easter Holidays.
In a clip the next day, she held onto her daughter, Tahlia, seven, as she explained what happened in the horrible incident.

"Last night you will have seen from my stories that I decided to take the children to a roller disco," she started. "Well that was interesting…"
"I'll show you my knee and what happened because, well, it's quite black and green and,"
Tahlia then jumped in the add that Laura's knee had also gone purple, to which Laura replied: "Yeah, it's pretty bad isn't it.
"Mummy fell over and made a fool of herself which is standard really."
Laura then revealed "something new" that she is working on as she explained why the family had gone to a different part of Spain despite her filming for the next series of the Channel 4 travel show elsewhere in the country.
"We've flown to Spain because I am filming something new and exciting," she revealed. "It's not A Place In The Sun but it's A Place In The Sun related.
"You may have seen the other presenters out and about, filming something slightly different and it's my turn over the next few days.
"Super grateful to have my little people with me and we're going to have some fun in the sun aren't we?"
After Laura teased the brand new show due to come soon, she showed a picture of her badly bruised knee and added the caption: "Roller disco disaster!
"Swollen knee and the bruising is coming out!" she wrote, adding a series of laughing face emojis.
