The candid caption reads: "13 seconds of a body wobbling, to remind you that a wobbly body is totally NORMAL.

"We spend so long picking ourselves apart, and it feels so lonely, we start to think we’re the only ones who look a certain way,"

Commenting further to her 60k followers, she further added: "In fact, there’s SO many other bodies like ours – we’re actually pretty damn ordinary!

“So, this is 13 seconds to remind you just how normal your body is. And how WONDERFUL that is," she declared.

She went on to encourage fans to share their own body image comments, asking: "What’s your favourite wobbly bit? Let’s hear ‘em! And then let’s CELEBRATE them."

Fans flocked to the comments to praise the star on her candid words.

“This is excellent . Lets normalise that our body's can jiggle and still be hottttttt,” said one fan.

“Love this, it’s so true!” penned a second.

Melissa recently hit back at trolls who slammed her messaging.

In the comments, someone wrote: "It's not clever to promote being overweight. All you are doing is encouraging laziness. Do more, eat less".
