Kerry's transformation is made all the more remarkable following her revelation last month that she's been suffering with "crippling" back pain.
The star has been diagnosed with scoliosis, which affects the spine and can cause symptoms such as a visibly curved spine, leaning to one side and uneven shoulders as well as back pain.
Speaking in her weekly column for OK! Magazine, she explained: "I went to a chiropractor and had an X-ray, which showed that half of my brain doesn't work like the other half.
"Honestly, I've been in such a bad way, but thankfully, I’m now on a recovery plan which has been much better."
Kerry also told readers that she would "have to live with" the condition, and that she's still had several "eye-opening" tests to investigate how her brain works under the medical care of her doctors.
She had suffered so badly with back pain that she was even forced to cancel her "No Regrets" tour and came close to taking herself to the nearest Accident & Emergency department.
Outlining her disappointment at the cancellation, she said: "I literally can't do anything and I had to pull my weekend tour, I couldn't go ahead with it and felt terrible."
