Arabella Chi pushes Danny Williams to end things with Yewande in Love Island

Yewande Biala and Danny Williams are set for a huge showdown, if previews of tonight’s show are anything to go by, as Arabella wants him to choose.

After Danny and Arabella come back from their date, Yewande confronts him on his interest in the new girl after explicitly telling her – and those in the villa – that his head isn’t going to be to turned.

Yewande asks Danny, ‘What do you want from me? I don’t really get it. Do you know what you want?’

Danny responds: ‘I want me and you to continue talking and I don’t want it to be awkward. In regards to Arabella, I just want to get to know her. That’s it.’

Come on Danny, you can’t have your cake and eat it…

Danny asks Yewande what she wants, to which she responds: ‘It’s hard for me to know what I want knowing I am now in competition with someone else.’

After sleeping on it, the 23-year-old scientist talks to Amber and Anna, telling them wants to leave the villa.

‘At first, I thought “I can do this,”’ she admits. ‘Now I don’t really want to be here and I want to go home.’

‘You’re going to let him win by going home!’ Anna interjects, but while Yewande is contemplating her future in the villa, Arabella is grafting.

‘I think you need to make a decision,’ the model tells him.

‘If she comes down today and starts fighting for you, what are you going to do? Are you going to ignore the fact that there is a connection with us?’

Danny can’t deny the connection between them and tells her Yewande knows he wants to get to know her too. No. ‘I don’t want to fall out with her,’ he adds.

And then Arabella gives him a bit of an ultimatum: ‘But do you want to patch things up with her romantically?’

‘I don’t know. What are you thinking?’ Danny asks her.

‘I want to pursue things with you,’ Arabella insists, prompting Danny to ask the million pound question: ‘You want me to say to Yewande “this isn’t happening”?’

Arabella: ‘Yes. In an ideal world.’

Ooof.

Love Island returns to ITV tonight at 9pm.
