BBC Breakfast fans have A LOT of complaints as brand new studio makes TV debut | The Sun

BBC Breakfast viewers had many complaints as the brand new studio made its TV premiere.

Recently, Corporation bosses had announced a string of changes to the show which include an all-new look.

BBC Breakfast, for the first time in over a decade has gotten a makeover.

This morning,  Sally Nugent and Jon Kay presented the latest news stories and gave BBC viewers a closer look at the stunning new studio.

But it seems fans are not impressed with the new design and took to Twitter to complain about it, with many saying it looked "cheap" and "claustrophobic".

One wrote: "Claustrophobic new studio! Zoom out the background graphic so those buildings aren’t towering over the presenters and get the cameras back further if there’s room! Have they cut your budget?"

The all-new "multi-purpose" studio will also be shared with BBC Sport.

It's located in the heart of Media City in Salford.

The new TV studio features the latest broadcasting technology which includes new high-tech graphics.

Although it still has the iconic red sofa, it's larger than the previous space and three more cameras are on hand to capture the best angles.

The corporation says the new looks is part of their strategy to introduce new studios to be used by multiple departments.
