Billie Faiers breaks down in tears and says she feels like she's 'going to explode' in meltdown over £1.4m Essex mansion

BILLIE Faiers became overwhelmed over the drawn out remodelling of her family's £1.4million Essex mansion.

While out on a date night with husband Greg Shepherd, the stress of the build overcomes Billie and she breaks down in tears in the latest episode of their reality series.

“I do feel like I'm going to explode,” she tells him in a preview clip ahead of tonight's episode of Billie & Greg: The Family Diaries.

The meltdown is triggered when Greg points out she has been delaying important decisions about the house.

“It should be signed off with the builder, done and dusted. And it's not. And the more you're in denial, the more we're never going to get this house finished,” he tells her while they were at a bar.

 “Just get it done!"

Billie then bursts into tears and tells her husband she has been struggling to cope.

“I’ve just taken on too much of everything,” says Billie as she puts her head in her hands.

“You’re on at me constantly and it just gets to a point where I’m like ‘I can only do so much.’”

Greg then says they shouldn't be using their quality time alone to talk about the house, but rather should be enjoying each other's company.

Later in the clip, Billie admits the house renovations have dominated their lives.

“I think at the moment the house is so consuming of our lives it’s really difficult to switch off from it. No matter where we are or what we’re doing the conversation always goes back to the house,” she says.

While Greg also admitted it was the wrong time for him to bring up Billie's delay in decision making.

“We don’t want to be rowing on a date night. And for some reason, we end up talking about the house. And I really don't want to be arguing with her. But the reason that the house isn't moving on, it's because she's not making decisions quick enough,” he says.

Things then get tense between the pair.

“Just put yourself in my shoes, which I don't think you've done,” Billie snaps.

“So number one during the house build, you know that I get up and work.

"I'm doing everything everyday, keeping on top of the school stuff, the kids, just running the home, I'm burning myself out. And I'm getting to the point now where I'm exhausted.”

She adds: “At the end of the day, I think you should cut me a bit of slack because all you have to worry about the minute in your life is the house.”

Later on, Billie continues to vent about her husband.

“I do think that Greg is being a bit harsh on me right now. I don't think he's taking into consideration everything that I'm actually doing or the decisions I'm making, what I do behind the scenes as well,” she says to the camera.
