Chloe Ferry posts cryptic Instagram quote about healing after going on holiday with ex Sam Gowland

CHLOE Ferry has shared a cryptic Instagram post after going on holiday with ex Sam Gowland.

The Geordie Shore star has posted a string of quotes about healing and being "brave" for not giving up.

Taking to her Instagram Story, Chloe shared a post which read: "Everything heals.  Your body heals. Your heart heals. The mind heals.  Wounds heal. Your soul repairs itself. Your happiness is always going to come back."

The reality star also shared a poem titled "I Think It's Brave".

It read: "I think it's brave that you get up in the morning even if your soul is weary and your bones ache for rest.

"I think it's brave that you keep on living even when you don't know how to anymore."

The post continued: "I think it's brave that you push away the waves rolling in every day and you decide to fight.

"I know there are days that you feel like giving up, but I think it's brave that you never do."

Earlier in the day Chloe shared a separate post urging herself to slow down and let things run their natural course.

Another quote read: "The universe is not in a hurry. You are.  It's why you are anxious, stressed and disappointed.

"Trust that what was meant to be yours, will be yours."

The onslaught of messages comes shortly after she jetted on holiday to Dubai with her former flame Sam after the Amber Davies sex scandal.

Sam and Chloe have been on and off over the last few months, but they looked very much back on as they rubbed shoulders at a nightclub table – just months after Chloe accused Sam of cheating with his former Love Island co-star.

But sources tell The Sun Online that Chloe's friends are struggling to support her decision to give things another go.

An insider said: "They've gone to Dubai. Her friends think she's crazy and just doing it to stop Sam from taking legal action against her.

"Chloe knows it's a toxic relationship but said she's willing to give it another try … Her mates have told her to get rid once and for all and are getting bored of all the drama."
