CORONATION Street fans spotted a major courtroom blunder during Seb Franklin's murder trial last night.
The handyman – played by Harry Visinoni in the ITV soap – was killed in a hate crime after he was brutally attacked by Corey Brent's gang.
Seb and his former goth girlfriend Nina Lucas were picked on by the group for the way that the waitress decided to dress back in May.
Things turned nasty and Seb ended up in hospital, where he sadly died because of his injuries.
Ever since, Nina has been trying to remember what happened that night, while his mum Abi has been trying to prove that it Corey is the culprit behind the crime.
Last night viewers saw Corey and Kelly Neelan give their side of the story in the witness stand in court.
However many fans took to Twitter to question why the other two members of the gang weren't there too.
One wrote: "Where are the other two suspects, Jay and Eli? Surely, in a murder trial, they'd have all four suspects."

Another said: "There were two other boys involved in the attack. The ones who attacked Nina. Where are they? Have they been called as witnesses or charged with attacking Nina?"
A third added: "Are Eli and the other boy not part of this trial? They should be done for GBH on Nina."
But another viewer pointed out that it's because they have previously owned up to their crimes.
They replied: "They pleaded guilty to the attack on Nina. Just need to be sentenced. This trial is just for Corey & Kelly, to determine their guilt or otherwise."
As their case continues Abi doesn't agree with anything that Imran Habeeb's ex-wife Sabeen has said to defend her client Corey.
As the jury retire to agree a verdict, she tries to find out a way to try and prove that it was the evil thug who killed her son.
She decides to contact Corey's dad Stefan to see if he has any information that can help.
Meanwhile, Imran and Sabeeb go for a drink after defending Corey and Kelly in court.
Coronation Street continues tomorrow at 7.30pm on ITV
