Does Sienna die in Hollyoaks as Summer shoots her?

Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) is left in danger in Hollyoaks tonight (February 23), after Summer Ranger (Rhiannon Clements) shoots her.

Summer has been on a mission to discover just who it was that attacked her dad Cormac (James Gaddas), and she successful found out that Warren Fox (Jamie Lomas) and Brody Hudson (Adam Woodward) were involved.

In tonight’s edition of the Channel 4 soap, she confronts beau Brody over his lies, and — knowing Summer needs to know the truth — he gets Felix Westwood (Richard Blackwood) to explain what Cormac put him through as a child.

Summer is left in shock, and she later seethes when she sets her sights upon Brody with old flame Sienna.

Upon returning home to Grace Black’s (Tamara Wall) flat, she locates a gun, and one thing leads to another, as Sienna winds up shot.

The question is: does she die?

Does Sienna die in Hollyoaks?

It’s currently unknown as to whether Sienna lives or dies, as her fate following the shooting has yet to be revealed.

Speaking about the shooting twist, actress Anna Passey who portrays Sienna — told ‘The perspective that we’re telling the story from is that the audience are in with Summer, and they know what she’s up to, but they know that Sienna doesn’t know, and they’re waiting for her to catch up as to what’s going on.

‘I think that makes the story all the more interesting. So far, Sienna has just seen Summer as a bit of an inconvenience, but I don’t think she’s quite seen the darkness that can come from that, so that’s going to be good when the penny drops.’

Rhiannon Clements, who portrays Summer, told us: ‘She just tries to grab things and throw things, and she grabs this teddy… and there is the gun! And you don’t really see what the next step will be, until it’s a bit too late.’

‘This is the first time we’ve seen Summer knowing her full capabilities, and I think people are going to be like: “Let’s not underestimate what she’s capable of.”

‘I think it’s the first time we’ve seen the manipulation raising its head to a point of concern, as it’s actually someone’s life that she’s messing with now.’

Hollyoaks continues Tuesday February 23 at 7pm on E4.
