EastEnders Ravi star teases more enemies as he speaks on festive death

Eastenders’ Denise Fox on affair storyline

For the first time in EastEnders history, BBC fans were treated to a special flash-forward episode in February.

Skipping ahead to Christmas this year, viewers saw a stunned Denise Fox (played by Diane Parish) Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth,) Suki Kaur Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) and Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) together in the Queen Vic with various injuries.

The future episode showed Denise holding a broken champagne bottle while Sharon, who was wearing a wedding dress, knelt down beside a dead body on the floor.

Although the identity of the victim wasn’t shown, viewers do know that whoever has been killed by them is a man.

Since the special episode, people have been questioning who could be exiting the soap later this year with many believing it could be Albert Square’s bad boy Ravi Gulati.

Rumours started to speculate it could be Ravi following his affair with Denise, which was exposed after he tried to blackmail her.

As the soap star appeared on Wednesday’s instalment of Morning Live, presenter Sam Quek decided to question Aaron on the rumours as she asked if that could be the end of Ravi.

He replied: “I mean, I don’t know myself!

“From what comes up and what’s been done, he has a lot of enemies and there are a lot more enemies to come.

“There’s a whole heap of high drama that’s yet to happen. All of us at EastEnders, we’re kind of going block to block at the moment.

“You get a new block of episodes every 10 days, every two weeks so you’re just opening them and flicking through going, ‘Ok where am I, what’s this going to lead to?’”.

The EastEnders star paid tribute to how the storyline is being played out as he confessed the cast is just as in the dark as viewers

“It’s beautifully done because essentially we’re all playing Cluedo, us included. It’s great, it’s a lot of fun and I’m having a great time.”

This week, fans saw Jack Branning (Scott Maslen) confront Ravi after his affair with Denise was exposed.

However, Aaron teased there could be a change in his character after he’s fallen in love with Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abrahams).

He commented: “We’ve seen him be manipulative and be charming but also see the cracks that he’s a bit of a lost boy essentially.

“Maybe we’ve seen him turn a corner with the way he’s falling in love with Chelsea.

“Or, perhaps he continues to turn that corner or he goes back to his old devious ways, that all comes out in the next couple of weeks.”

Morning Live continues weekdays on BBC One from 9:15am
