Emma Bunton ‘lands judging role on big US show’

Emma Bunton has reportedly landed her dream job as a judge on the US version of The Great British Bake Off.

The Spice Girl will join Paul Hollywood and former NFL star turned TV presenter Anthony ‘Spice’ Adams on ABC’s The Great American Baking show.

"This is my dream job! Christmas time, eating cake and having such a brilliant time with Spice, Sherry and Paul," Emma told Mail Online.

Emma, who was on the judging panel for ABC’s Boy Band, replaces Ayesha Curry, who is the wife of NBA star Steph Curry. Ayesha quit her role after landing her own show.

Cookbook author Sherry Yard will also be back on the panel.

The last season of The Great American Baking Show was pulled off air after judge Johnny luzzini, 44, was accused of sexual harrasemtn by former female employees.

The rest of the show never aired.

The upcoming season will feature six hour-long episodes and will premiere sometime in December.

Meanwhile, Emma will reportedly be going on the road next year with Mel B, Mel C and Geri Horner as the Spice Girls reunite for a 13-date stadium tour.

Their music manager Simon Fuller is said to be masterminding the comeback – rumoured to net the four taking part an estimated £12million.
