Jack Fincham reveals fans are desperate for him to get his dad bod back after getting a six pack on Sun reality show

JACK Fincham has revealed fans are desperate for him to bring his 'dad bod' back as he starts to develop a six pack.

The former Love Islander confessed on the latest episode of his Sun reality show that his new muscles were getting a surprising reaction.

Jack, 29, has been training to become a professional boxer and has already lost a stone in weight since his journey began.

Speaking in an exclusive clip of his Sun reality series The Fight Of My Life, the reality star said proudly: "I've been training as hard as I can and I'm finally starting to notice a change.

"I'm not a body conscious person as you all know, but I'll admit it's nice to see a couple of abs popping through a little bit."

He joked: "They've been hiding for many, many years!"

But he revealed: "Most people, girls especially, I keep getting messages saying 'get the dad bod back!'

"So I think people prefer the dad bod."

The dad-of-one has been working to transform his body in the last couple of years after battling to keep his weight down.

And Jack has shown he's serious about keeping the weight off this time as the latest episode sees him chucking an assortment of his favourite snacks in the bin.

In January, Jack shocked fans to announce he'd become a father to daughter Blossom, nine months after his split from Dani Dyer.

Jack is currently dating new love Connie O'Hara.

He went Instagram official with Essex girl Connie back in August.

Fans immediately thought they were engaged, as she was seen wearing a ring on her wedding finger, but this is not the case.

Connie is the cousin of former Tottenham midfielder Jamie O'Hara and manager of National League South Billericay Town.
