Juliet Nightingale (Niamh Blackshaw) spiralled out control in Hollyoaks, much to the horror of Peri Lomax (Ruby O’Donnell), who was determined to take her girlfriend home before things went too far.
Things have been really tough for Jules as of late, following her discovery that she has Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
The teen has been determined to make every moment count while undergoing treatment, and last week, she rekindled her romance with soulmate Peri, who has gone out of her way to be supportive.
Juliet, however, was not keen on Peri fussing over her, reiterating that she wants her to be her girlfriend, not her nurse, but Peri was insistent on looking after her, reminding Jules that she’s battling cancer.
But this reminder was an example of what was frustrating Juliet, who decided to go out and have some fun, heading to The Loft, where she proceeded to get drunk, much to the horror of Lacey Lloyd (Annabelle Davis), who was watching on.
Rayne Royce (Jemma Donovan), meanwhile, wanted to enjoy herself, much like Juliet, and the two girls partied on the dance floor together, but upsetting scenes ensued, with a strand of Juliet’s hair falling out.
Peri subsequently showed up to take home Juliet, who refused to leave The Loft, prompting the nurse to seek help from detective Zoe Anderson (Garcia Brown).
Horror ensued, however, as a drunk Juliet refused to go home and, amid a scuffle, she ended up hitting into Zoe, who arrested her on the spot!
Will Juliet realise that everyone is worried about her? Will this arrest prove to be a wake up call?
Hollyoaks continues Wednesday February 22 at 7pm on E4 or stream the next episode from midnight on All4.
