KELLY Clarkson has won primary custody of her children in nasty divorce from her ex Brandon Blackstock as the judge cited a major "conflict."
The former pair parted ways in in June after the singer filed for a divorce in June due to "irreconcilable differences."
A Los Angeles County judge ruled in the hitmaker's favor as she will now be the primary caretaker of the ex couple's two kids: daughter River Rose, six, and son Remington Alexander, four.
A court document read: "The Court finds that under the circumstances present in this case, the interest in providing stability and continuity for the minor children weighs in favor of Petitioner having primary custody."
The doc also noted that "the level of conflict between the parents has increased. The parties have a difficult time co-parenting due to issues of trust between them."
According to the court document, Kelly, 38, and Brandon, 43, will share joint physical and legal custody, but the American Idol alum will have primary physical custody in Los Angeles.
Brandon, a music manager, will still be able to video chat with his two little ones everyday.
The doc revealed that the children will be able to spend Christmas with their dad, but they will be with their mom through the New Year's holiday.
More to come…
