Love Island embroiled in new race row as viewers insist Luca should be in bottom two over Dami | The Sun

LOVE Island has been embroiled in ANOTHER race row as Dami Hope lands in the bottom two over Luca Bish.

Last night's instalment of the ITV2 show saw Billy Brown, 23, Dami Hope, 26, Danica Taylor, 21, and Summer Botwe, 22, get told that they were in the bottom four and at risk of going home.

Fans were left infuriated watching Luca and Dami repeatedly criticise Tasha Ghouri in recent episodes.

The lads have also been accused of bullying, controlling behaviour and of gaslighting the girls in the villa.

Many had hoped both of them would end up in the bottom two and would be sent packing for their behaviour, but were shocked when only Dami faced dumping.

Fans were left furious and took to Twitter to fume that the voting public treated the boys differently, kickstarting another race row.

"Indeed he did . It was going so well until now and how f***in naive of me to even think race wasn’t gonna be a mf factor especially not being in the bottom 2," fumed one fan.

Another added: "really don't like Dami and Lucas behaviour and I don't mean to be the person to bring race into it but ain't it just funny the black boy got the least votes but not the white boy."

And a third wrote: "I don’t like dami, he’s not a nice person but we can’t deny that race is playing a role in the difference between how him and Luca are being treated by British public."

It comes weeks after another race row when Gemma Owen and Luca Bish were picked for a night together in the Hideaway instead of Indiyah, 23, and Dami, 26.

Fans were left furious and took to Twitter to fume that the pair had been left until last, kickstarting another race row.

"Sending Luca and Gemma to the hideaway instead of Dami and Indiyah is hella racist, I don't care," one wrote on Twitter.
