Luisa Bradshaw-White has teased fans with plans for a new project, after her character Tina Carter died in shocking scenes on EastEnders.
Tina’s death was revealed on the show this week, providing one of the soap’s biggest moments of the year.
Now, Tina has thanked fans for their support during her time on the show, revealing she’s moving on with a new role.
The actress held up a handwritten note in a new post on Twitter, which said: ‘Thank you so much for all the lovely comments you have gone out of your way to write about this week’s EastEnders!
‘I have LOVED every second of working there and playing Tina Carter. I am so touched by all the LOVE.’
She added: ‘I wish you ALL the wonderful end to the very strange year of 2020 (the year the world stood still!) and a happy, free and adventurous 2021.’
Teasing future roles, she said: ‘So excited to tell you about my new project :).’
After making such a big impression on the BBC One soap, fans will be sure to keep their eyes peeled for her next move.
Tina’s death came after Tina figured out Gray Atkins (Toby-Alexander Smith) had been abusing Chantelle (Jessica Plummer) and was responsible for her death, telling him she would tell everyone the truth.
Gray had blood on his hands after killing her in order to keep his secret safe. He was seen wrapping up the body in harrowing scenes, before driving away with Tina’s body in the boot of his car.
