Ruth Langsford horrified as Joe Swash admits she ‘doesn’t deserve’ Eamonn Holmes

Ruth Langsford was horrified during today’s Loose Women when Joe Swash made a brutal confession.

The Loose Women host could not hide her shock when cheeky Joe made the bold claims on a special edition of the show.

Ruth was joined by her partner Eamonn Holmes, while Stacey Solomon brought Joe along for the ‘loved ones’ special.

The couples were having a discussion on whether they put their partner’s happiness over their own.

Eamonn said: "As long as you’re happy I do everything to make you happy. My own happiness doesn’t even come second. Fifth if it does."

Everyone thought Eamonn’s declaration of love was adorable, but naughty Joe used it to throw a jibe at poor Ruthie.

The I’m A Celebrity Extra Camp host said: "You know, I don’t think you deserve Eamonn."

The audience gasped as mortified Ruth’s jaw dropped.

Digging himself a bigger hole, Joe asked Eamonn: "Do you want to marry me? You sound like the perfect man to me."

Furious Ruth hit back at Joe and pointed her finger in his direction.

"I was sticking up for you before," shouted Ruth.

Rubbing his hands, giggling Joe said: "Sorry, sorry, sorry."

He got his comeuppance later on when Stacey made her own confession during the ‘loose lips’ game.

Angry Joe shouted: "You snog me to get out of having sex with me?"

Loose Women viewers took to Twitter to claim it was the best show ever.

One viewer said: "Brilliant show today. I do love Ruth and Eamonn’s bickering so funny. Stacey and Joe are good as well, well suited couple"

Another added: "Loving loose women today , ive never laughed so much in ages !!! Best loose women Ever , With Eamon n Joe"

A third warned: "Oh #eamonnholmes you are in so much trouble when you get home tonight #loosewomen #ruthlangsford"

*Loose Women airs weekdays on ITV at 12.30pm
