Shirley Carter (Linda Henry) is set to left filled with horror, rage and disgust as the truth about what Katy Lewis (Simone Lahbib) did to Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) when he was a child emerges in EastEnders. But how far will short tempered Shirley go to punish Katy – and could she land up in serious trouble as a result?
With Mick’s memories of his childhood abuse returning to him, Katy has tried manipulating her way out of trouble, intent on making Mick believe he fantasised anything that happened between them
But with Linda (Kellie Bright) having learned the true extent of Mick’s demons, she is determined to help him – and bring Katy to justice.
Frankie (Rose Ayling-Ellis) is equally disgusted with her mother and tells her that she deserves everything that’s coming to her.
Soon the police arrive to speak to Katy and she is terrified she will go to prison. Later, Katy confronts Mick and he denies going to the police and he is sure Frankie hasn’t.
As they discuss the situation, Katy once again tries to turn on her wicked charms but as she talks to Mick, she doesn’t realise that Shirley has entered the room and overheard everything.
As a shellshocked Shirley squares up to Katy, there’s nowhere to hide and no lie that Shirley will fall for.
Is a violent showdown set to follow? And will Mick stop his enraged mum from leaving Katy in a bad way?
