Strictly's Seann Walsh confessed he's prone to 'bad behaviour' and struggles to control his impulses when drunk

The comic, 32,  made the revelation in an interview before he was caught snogging his married dance partner Katy Jones behind his girlfriend's back.

Seann's actress girlfriend of five years, Rebecca Humphries, 32, dumped him this week after The Sun On Sunday published exclusive pictures which showed him snogging his married dance partner Katya Jones.

The snaps were taken on a boozy night out and Seann later issued an apology, calling it a "one-off drunken mistake".

In a newly-emerged interview, Seann revealed he "enjoys" misbehaving and often behaves badly when he's boozing.

He told the Guardian: "When I was at school, I enjoyed misbehaviour – and I still do.

"That’s the impulse I have – to do the wrong thing, to say the wrong thing.

"If I sense that you shouldn’t do something, I will do it. I have a little less control than most people.

“Now and again, I am going to slip up.”

He added: "I have periods when I go off and I’m badly behaved.
“Some of it comes around intoxication… Comedians don’t have much self-control.”

It comes after it was revealed Seann enjoyed a flirty night out with Inbetweeners star Emily Atack while he was still with Rebecca.

The actress blasted him in a blistering statement last night, accusing him of being a "controlling" boyfriend and lying to her about his relationship with Katya.

She revealed she's moved out of the London flat they shared and taken the couple's beloved cat with her.

Katya’s husband, Strictly dancer Neil, on the other hand has tried to ignore the scandal by going back to work.

Seann and Katya’s grovelling apologies were posted online earlier this week.

Katya said in a statement: “I’m so sorry about any offence or hurt I have caused with my actions.

“I wasn’t thinking and it was a one off mistake after some drinks.

“I love my husband and we are very happy together, this is not a reflection on our relationship.”

Seann added: “In light of the story in today's newspaper I would like to offer my sincere apologies for my actions.

“This is no excuse but it was a one-off drunken mistake which I am truly sorry for.”
