Strictly Come Dancing will grace our screens again from tonight (September 18), but while we're all watching the launch show that was pre-recorded last weekend, it sounds like judge Shirley Ballas will be enjoying a mug of "Horlicks and lots of sex".
In a new interview, the 61-year-old professional dancer and Strictly judge revealed that she loves "lots" of Horlicks and sex, and isn't keen on giving either up any time soon.
Wallasey-born Shirley said: "I’d want Horlicks and sex. Lots of Horlicks and sex – or a bit of Horlicks and a lot of sex. My Danny just left this morning, we had a marvellous weekend together.
Hinting at what she and her 48-year-old beau got up to, she revealed to The Sun: "There was lots of Horlicks. It was beautiful."
Daniel Taylor is Shirley's beau, and the pair were confirmed to be dating back in January 2019.
The couple met during rehearsals for the panto Jack And The Beanstalk, which they starred in together over Christmas.

With an extensive career on stage and on screen, Shirley's boyfriend is one of England's most successful theatre actors, and just like his Strictly judge girlfriend, he has trained as a dancer in ballroom, tap and waltz.
Touching upon why it’s still important to her to feel sexy, in her interview with the publication she explained how she thinks every woman wants to feel that way.

"Everybody wants to have that sensual appeal and I don’t think you ever lose it."
Recalling a recent time when she took her 84-year-old mum out the other day, Shirley said that her mum started to chat up the man next to her, saying: "She was like, ‘I’ve still got it, ya know’."
The launch show of Strictly Come Dancing is set to air tonight on BBC1 at 7:45pm.
