The Hunt For Raoul Moat airs tonight (April 16) on ITV1 at 9pm with the three-part airing over three consecutive nights. The show recounts Britain’s biggest manhunt for Raoul Moat and the human cost as the violent killer was brought to justice with a focus on his victims – Christopher Brown, Samantha Stobbart and PC David Rathband. The ITV drama has a strong cast, here’s where you may have seen some of the stars before.

Neil Adamson – Lee Ingleby

Lee Ingleby plays Neil Adamson, a senior member of the Northumbria Police Officer leading the hunt to apprehend Moat.

Ingleby is best known for his roles in Line of Duty, Inspector George Gently, The A Word and Criminal UK, among many others.

Diane Barnwell – Sonya Cassidy

Sonya Cassidy takes on the role of local journalist Diane Barnwell, who tries to get the gunman’s story as he went on his killing rampage. Cassidy has appeared in The Man Who Fell to Earth, The Last Kingdom and Lodge 49.

Nisha Roberts – Vineeta Rishi

Vineeta Rishi portrays Nisha Roberts with the star previously appearing in Holby City, The Last Detective, Line of Duty, Vera, Collateral and Boy Meets Girl.

Samantha Stobbart – Sally Messham

Sally Messham appears as Moat’s ex-partner Samantha Stobbart, who is trying to put her life back together with a new partner and is left terrified after he’s released from prison.

Messham has appeared in Artemis Fowl, Doc Martin, Our Ladies, Sherwood and The Miniaturist.

Raoul Moat – Matt Stokoe

Taking on the role of the killer Raoul Moat is actor Matt Stokoe after his roles in Misfits, Bodyguard, Outlaw/King, Cursed, Jamestown and Grace.

Chris Brown – Josef Davies

Josef Davies features as Chris Brown with the actor counting credits in Young Wallander, Andor, The Walk-In and This Is Going to Hurt.

Sally Brown – Angela Bain

Angela Bain stars as Sally Brown after parts in Mary Queen of Scots, The Larkins, The Devil’s Hour and Call the Midwife.

PC David Rathband – Dan Skinner

Leah Baskaran is Hannah and has appeared in The Stranger, The Bay, Election Night and Coronation Street, among other credits.

Karl Ness – Joe Blakemore

Appearing as Karl Ness is actor Joe Blakemore, who has had parts in The Third Day, Last Christmas, Next of Kin and Vera.

PC Debbie – Elena Gyasi

Up-and-coming actress Elena Gyasi is PC Debbie after appearing in Hollington Drive, The A List and Flatmates.

Lesley Stobbart – Gina Murray

Gina Murray is Lesley Stobbart after starring in Doctors, Scary Larry, Witless, Judge John Deed and EastEnders.

Neil Robson – Mark Stobbart
