The One Show viewers were teary eyes as they watched 18-year-old boy perform an inspirational dance on the BBC show.
Dylan is a member of The One Show's Surprise Squad – a fundraising team made up of five inspirational young people who have been supported by Children in Need.
The inspirational 18-year-old has autism, and developed a rare condition called MDP Syndrome when he was just 18 months old – finally receiving a diagnosis aged 10.
The condition only affects him and just 15 other people in the world, and it causes health issues like eye problems, deafness, fat loss under the skin and joint stiffness.
However, Dylan hasn't let that hold him back from doing what he loves – which is dancing.
Dylan performed a brilliant dance on Thursday's The One Show to Robbie Williams' 2016 track, You Are Beautiful.
He even danced in front of Strictly stars John Whaite and his professional dance partner, Johannes Radebe.
Fans were clearly getting emotional on social media, with many reacting to Dylan's dance on Twitter and posting lovely comments of support.
One fan wrote: "I'm in tears watching this young lad dancing on #TheOneShow. So moving."
A second penned: "Go Dylan! You're a star".
