THIS Morning fans were left hot under the collar as Josie Gibson lunges live on air before collapsing on the floor.

The TV presenter, 38, and co-host Dermot O'Leary were joined by fitness expert Shakira, who offered her best tips on the best time of day to workout.

"Some people prefer mornings and evenings, naturally we have more energy to put into a workout," Shakira explained.

"Building muscle mass is really important part of anyone's exercise programme – muscle burns calories more efficiently than body fat does.

"The muscle we have the more efficient our metabolism is going to run."

The personal trainer then enlisted the presenters to help demonstrate the exercises.
