The former Saturdays singer, 37, has channelled her devastation over the marriage breakdown to the rugby ace, 33, in a heartbreaking new ballad Strangers.
The sad song sees the star accuse the father of her two kids of calling her “crazy”, lying and giving her empty promises.
She opens up about the paranoia she felt when she suspected he was straying: “You made feel like I was going crazy, believing all those lies that you fed me.”
She croons: “Every word you said to me was empty, Broken every promise that you made me, No We can’t save this.”
Una also questions the sincerity of their six year marriage, which eventually ended last year when he was romping with a PR girl her back.
She sings: “Did I ever really get to know you, Did you really care for me like your supposed to.
“So Save your breath, There’s nothing left worth keeping anyway, We are so much better off, To go our separate ways.”
While, he has started a new life in America, Una has moved on with former hurling hunk David Breen.
Speaking about the split Ben, who soon took to Bumble to find women, said last month: "At the moment anything that's published about me is never very good and pretty rightly so, because I was the one who committed adultery.
Speaking to The Guardian, Ben added: "But at the same time, it wasn't the only reason for our divorce to go through.
"It's not ideal but we're very amicable, we're getting through it.
"We're not the first people in the world to get divorced. We've got two little kids we adore."
