Vicky Pattison introduces her Labrador puppy, Milo, to Ferne McCann and her daughter Sunday on Tuesday's episode of First Time Mum.
The former Geordie Shore star, 33, adopted her adorable pet pooch from Dogs Trust in June and she issues some very candid dog advice to Ferne, 31, in the upcoming instalment.
In an exclusive clip obtained by OK! , Vicky admits that Milo is "non-stop" as she tries to prepare her friend, who is considering getting a dog, that getting a pet will be like having "another child" for her.
Vicky jokes: "You're coming to the wrong place if I'm going to tell you it's a good idea."
Discussing one recent incident with Milo, she continues: "We pulled back that duvet, in there, he's decided to attack a pillow. One of my feather ones, one of the only new things I've got at the minute. It looks like he's murdered a chicken, man, just feather everywhere. It's non-stop!"
To which a giggling Ferne replies: "Don't tell me this!" with Vicky adding: "I'm telling you, babe."
Speaking in a VT, the reality star comments: "I was really hoping Vic was going to tell me to go for it, but that’s the thing with Vic, she tells it how it is. Milo has clearly been a bit of a handful!"
And things go from bad to worse when Ferne thinks Vicky's dog has weed on her leg to which her friend explains that it is just damp from the paddling pool.
Talking about Milo's toilet habits, Vicky admits: "Gross, actually grotesque, like massive as well. He's not a Chihuahua, he's not doing party sausages and that, I've got a Shetland pony!

"I don't want to put you off, as I love dogs so much and I can see that Sunday is a mini-me, in that aspect. I just want you to be prepared, like, he's another child for you!"
