Vicky Pattison worries fans with bizarre social media posts about 'downing wine' and eating cheese straight from the packet

The ex-Geordie Shore star compared her Instagram story to a "breakdown" as she ate cheese from the packet and spilt wine on herself.

In the first post, 30-year-old Vicky is going make-up free as she bites into a block of cheese.

She captioned the clip: "Yip this is where I'm at… #CathedralCityCheese life."

The next video shows Vicky repeatedly saying: "I spilt wine on myself" as she points the camera at her wet hoodie.

She wrote on this video: "I am pretty sure this is what a breakdown looks like."

The TV star then posted a quote to her main account, which read: "I'm going to make a very beautiful life for myself no matter what it takes."

Vicky's four million followers quickly flooded to her page to offer their support, with one fan writing: "Find happiness in yourself and no one can get you down."

Another added: "You’ve GOT to be kind to yourself babe! And sometimes that means using the most powerful word in your vocabulary. NO. It’s ok to say no to people… you have to be kind to yourself."

This evening, Vicky took to Instagram again – this time urging her followers to not compare themselves to others.

In the inspiring post, Vicky shared a photo of her wearing no make-up and pulling a face alongside a glam shot.

The star captioned the picture: "Reality v Instagram… Just gonna leave this here.. This little drop of realness for you all on this fine Monday night as a reminder to not compare yourself to the people you see on Instagram.

"Regardless of how they seem they are not perfect, their complexions are not ludicrously clear and glowing all the time, their lives aren’t without struggle and their hearts aren’t unbreakable.

"We are all the same. Human. With flaws. Just like we’re meant to be. Perfectly imperfect.

"Have a lovely evening everyone and be kind to yourselves please."

The poignant post racked up thousands of likes in minutes, with Vicky's followers thanking her for always "keeping it real."

It has been a tough year for Vicky, who is engaged to John Noble, with her best friend Paul Burns tragically passing away this summer at the age of 37.

The star previously revealed that Paul's death made her realise what is truly important in life.

She told MailOnline at the time: "I have just experienced one of the worst summers of my life and through that loss and pain, and subsequent road to recovery, I have discovered what is important and that's being there for people.

"It's being honest, it’s being kind and genuine, helping when you can. So I think I've had a real shake-up this year, what's important and what my priorities are."
