Jonnie Irwin had fans rallying round after she issued an update amid his cancer battle.
The former A Place In The Sun star, 50, was given just six months to live in 2020 when he was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer. The cancer then spread to his brain, and almost two and a half years later he publicly shared his diagnosis in December 2022.
Since then, Jonnie has been making as many memories as he can with his family including wife Jessica Holmes. The couple also share three children, Rex, four, and two-year-old twins Rafa and Cormac

And on Sunday (December 10) Jonnie provided fans with a new health update. Taking to his Instagram, the TV star shared a snap of him watching a football game in the living room.
In the snap, Jonnie was using a home physiotherapy machine. The machine stimulates muscle movement and tries to maintain muscle strength.
He wrote in the caption: "Trying out my @enovis_uk_ireland machine whilst watching Spurs come good as I hoped they would. For me especially this was a ‘pulsating win’. Keeping my joy on the DL as Mrs I not very happy."
Fans were quick to rush to the comment section to send Jonnie love and support. Praised him for staying positive, one person said: “Anything that helps & makes u feel better ur looking good Jonnie take care mate.”
Someone else added: “Go on Johnny you keep trying everything! My god that's what I call a fighter, don't give up for one minute. you are so beautiful. Inside and out. What a gem.”
A third quipped: “Well done Jonny, take care and relax as much as you can, sending positive energy to you amazing person. Love to you and all your lovely family.”

It comes after Jonnie recently celebrated his 50th birthday. Despite being in hospital days before his big day, thankfully he made a swift recovery and was able to travel to Spain to celebrate.
Opening up on his big day to Hello! Jonnie enthused: "I feel really privileged to be able to celebrate my birthday looking at blue skies and with sand between my toes."
He continued: "I had an early birthday party at the start of the year because I didn't think I'd make it. It was like being at my own wake; lots of fun, lots of dancing. But here I am. I view it as a complete triumph."
