Sex Education: Trailer for final season of hit show
The latest, and final, season of Sex Education has been praised by fans for its incredible casting with longtime fan favourite character Adam Groff and his father, the headmaster, Michael Groff.
As season four of the show pulls focus onto their father-son relationship, viewers have started to notice to the uncanny resemblance not just in the characters’ personalities but the actual actors too.
Connor Swindells has owned the role of Adam since season one and is a “literal copy and paste” of Alistair Petrie, who plays Michael, according to fans despite the two actors not being even remotely related.
While the Netflix dramedy is coming to a close, fans took to X to share their disbelief over the impeccable casting.
One fan dubbed Connor and Alistair’s roles as “one of television’s greatest ever casting decisions” and that they were left “struggling” with the fact that they aren’t related.
